Josie grew up in Cottage Grove. As Jerry’s cousin, Josie has been around the catering business for as long as she can remember. She has worked in all aspects of the service industry, be it cooperate or small business.
As the catering director Josie generally is the first point of contact and deals the most closely with Kane’s Catering clients, finalizing all the details. With her infectious laugh, charisma, and attention to detail Josie know’s what is needed to give the client the best we possibly can. She is a natural leader.
Josie has always had a passion for food and family. That passion can most likely be traced bake to her midwestern roots and her Italian Grandmother Josephine, her namesake. “Give me a good meal, a good drink, and good family and friends, those are worth more than gold to me.”
Josie lives in Cottage Grove with her two boys. When she is not working, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends laughing around a bonfire.
